The Syracuse University all-girl cheerleading team cheers at all home football games, women's basketball games and tournaments while also competing at Nationals once a year.
They have practices on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday for two and a half hours, and have workouts two times a week for an hour and a half.
"It's a very demanding schedule. You have practice, games, community service, competition. You have to balance school work, friends, boyfriends. You just learn to deal with it," SU cheerleader Becca Aydelotte said.

But the work is not the reason they do it.
"I think being a Syracuse cheerleader is all about supporting the university, interacting with the crowd, being with the crowd, I enjoy that," S-U cheerleader Amber Rutkowski said.
