Syracuse, N.Y. - The Common Council unanimously passed an amendment that would set aside more than $8 million for a Passenger Terminal Security and Access Improvements Project at Hancock International Airport.The vote of 9 - 0 is a partnership with C&S Companies, Inc. for FAA and New York State Department of Transportation. The total amount of the general consulting engineering services grant-eligible contract will not exceed $14.2 million dollars.
